The new Conch Republic in downtown Richmond does not fail to amaze me. I last talked about it during this post.
I've always been happy with the food, and you can NOT go wrong with the beautiful view of the James River.
I got a spinach salad with added grilled shrimp, delicious. T got a club sandwich, which was huge. Fried Plantain on the side!

Do you have a good waterfront restaurant in your neck of the woods?
The Conch Republic is one of the first waterfront restaurants in Richmond, LONG overdue...considering that most of downtown is next to the river, but just hasn't been developed for waterfront dining.
No water front places to eat here! Unless you count the duck pond at Fuddruckers. HA! On my honeymoon to Maui we loved eating at Bubba Gumps right on the beach...AWESOME!
ReplyDeleteHa definitely no waterfront here! We can barely find any man-made reservoirs here in Colorado :) But on the flipside, there is a lot of mountain-view patios!

We have a waterfront here where me and my family love to go eat on celebrations. As of now the humidity and heat makes it miserable to sit outside anywhere.
