I thought this was going to be an easy question. My first reaction was to say sunrise because I enjoy the quiet serenity and all the possibilities that come with an early morning. But then I realized that I do love the feeling of unwinding to a colorful, relaxing sunset with nothing pending and the feeling of accomplishment behind your back...
I am a big fan of the sunrise. It's my favorite part of running in the mornings. I get to see the day starting, and it's just a nice way to start my day in general. Also, often there aren't a lot of people up and outdoors to see the sunrise (especially in the summer when it's so early), so it's a more unique experience.
ReplyDeleteAs much as I'm a night person, I love the sunrise because it means my shift is almost over! But when I'm not at work, sunset wins.

ReplyDeleteThat's a tough one, I think it's the sunset though. It helps me to relax me, maybe drink a glass of wine and just calm down for once.

Gorgeous pictures! I love to share sunsets and enjoy sunrises on my own. That`s the only answer I can give if I have to decide. If really only one... probably sunset.
ReplyDeleteThose are all great pics! I would probably say my favorite is sunset, since I rarely see any sunrises since I'm never up that early lol. But for the few sunrises that I've seen they are special, since it means that I got up early and worked to see that sunrise. I love the colors that a sunrise or sunset produces.

ReplyDeleteMost of my runs are at sunset but the sunrises are my favorite because they are my long runs. The early morning quietness leave me with a lot of reflection & planning. Sunset runs are just working out the stresses of the day.

ReplyDeleteI would have to say sunrise only because of the little kiddos and my morning run sometimes gets me through the day with them at my feet! I love the feeling of having it done and my day open and not thinking about trying to get it in. It is a good question!
