Greek Yogurt Cake Batter Dip

My favorite part of baking has ALWAYS been eating the batter.

So when I re-discovered a cake batter dip that I could eat by the spoonful, I got really excited.

Ages ago, I bookmarked a funfetti cake dip recipe from Eat Yourself Skinny's blog and then somehow forgot about it.  I rediscovered it while cleaning out my bookmarks last week and made a couple crucial modifications (think extra protein and extra sprinkles).

Without further delay, let me share with you the most decadent, delicious dip that I've ever experienced...

Greek Yogurt Cake Batter Dip
3 simple INGREDIENTS:
-2 cups FF plain greek yogurt
-1 container (8oz) lite or FF cool whip
-1 box of funfetti cake mix (15.25oz)
3 ingredients:  greek yogurt, cool whip, and cake mix

DIRECTIONS:
Mix the greek yogurt, cool whip, and cake mix in a large bowl until it is completely smooth.  Add extra sprinkles as desired!  Cool in refrigerator for 4 hours.
Serve with graham or animal crackers (and add more sprinkles as a topping if you feel like it.)
I'm a glutton, you probably want to put 1/4 this
amount of dip on your graham crackers
YES it is THAT simple!

Share the greek yogurt cake batter dip at your next book club, girls night, etc...or just keep it in your fridge and scoop it up by the spoonful, like I do.

note: feel free to experiment with different types of yogurt.  The original recipe called for plain "regular" yogurt but I can't pass up an opportunity to add in some extra protein goodness with greek yogurt :)

Do you usually crave sweet or salty treats?
I'm usually a salty snack gal, but I'm all about anything that has the word "batter" or "cookie dough" in it.
