Tracking Boston 2014

I'm on the train heading north, up to Boston!

There's something really magical, unicorn-special about riding on the train, feels like you're taking a step back in time.
I love standing in the connecting area between the train-cars and just watching the ground fly by.

It feels pretty unreal that I'm going to be in Boston in just a couple hours.  In some ways it feels last last year was ages ago and them sometimes it feels like it was just last week.

I've been so busy with school that I haven't really given my mind much time to explore what's it's going to be like up there, so I'm eager to see how it feels.

So...Monday...the marathon...

...and sign up for free alerts (to either your cell phone or email).

My bib # is 17909

I'll in corral 2, which starts at 10:25am on Monday morning.

I'm certainly nervous/excited with pre-race jitters, but not the usual amount, because I feel like this year isn't about setting PRs and being quite so self-focused during the race as I usually am.

It's more about demonstrating the strength of the running community and the resiliency of the human spirit!

That being said, I would like to run a solid marathon on Monday and I'll post a little more about my thoughts on time, etc. before Monday if I find some time because I haven't really talked much about my training on the blog, although I have posted more about it on Instagram.

You're certainly welcome to follow along with my adventures on Instagram this weekend, I'll probably be posting there more regularly.

Thank you so much for your support, this is going to be an amazing weekend!
